Security operations built by people who’ve run them at 2am
Prestige Technology Solutions is a hands-on IT and cybersecurity consultancy on the Gold Coast. Essential Eight uplift, EDR, Microsoft 365 security and managed IT — scoped and delivered by the same practitioners who pick up the phone.
Built on real security operations, not just theory
Most security advice is written by people who have never had to implement it. Ours isn't. Essential Eight uplift, EDR rollouts, Sentinel detection engineering, Conditional Access — all delivered hands-on, in production, under real constraints.
That means scoping that reflects what your environment can actually absorb, and recommendations you can act on rather than file. More about how we work →
Transparency first
We tell you what you actually need, not what generates the biggest proposal. If something's overkill, we'll say so.
Hands-on delivery
The people who scope the work are the same people who deliver it. No bait-and-switch with junior staff.
Australian context
We understand ACSC frameworks, Australian privacy obligations, and the local compliance landscape — not US-centric advice repackaged.
Outcome-focused
We measure success by your security posture and uptime, not by the hours we bill.
Jayden Beard
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jayden has spent his career in security operations and engineering — running EDR and SIEM platforms across multi-tenant MSSP environments, triaging alerts at 2am, and delivering Essential Eight uplift inside large Australian enterprises. He started Prestige to bring that standard of work to businesses that can't justify an enterprise consultancy, and to be the person who actually picks up the phone.

Engagements and experience we can stand behind
Essential Eight uplift for a large enterprise
Delivered as part of an enterprise security programme: an ML1 gap analysis across 500+ endpoints — uncovering end-of-life systems, unpatched infrastructure, and incomplete MFA. Over a 12-week programme we ran asset discovery, remediated critical patching gaps, decommissioned EOL hosts, enforced MFA, and validated against the ACSC maturity model.
Multi-tenant SOC operations for an MSSP
In a prior MSSP role, ran security operations across 20+ customer tenants — EDR administration, SIEM alert triage, custom detection rules, and automated dashboards. Built tooling to standardise response and reduce alert fatigue across the fleet.
Conditional Access & MFA for a distributed workforce
Designed and deployed Entra ID policies for an organisation with staff across multiple countries — geo-based restrictions, phishing-resistant MFA, and risk-based sign-in policies, rolled out and validated against the existing user base.
What clients say about working with us
Prestige transformed our security posture from reactive to proactive. They found critical gaps we didn’t know existed — end-of-life servers, inconsistent patching, MFA holes — and fixed them within a quarter. They genuinely felt like part of our team.

Not sure where to start?
Most engagements begin with a 30-minute conversation. No pitch deck, no pressure — just a frank chat about what's going on in your environment and where you might need help.
